Synopsis: Why do cities change and undergo transformations? Where is the “home” for people who leave their cities and come to the big ones? Who are the winners and losers of a city? In the early 1900s, Ankara used to be a city in town proportions. After it became the capital of the country, it underwent a change through a modern planning. This documentary looks at the urban transformation process in Turkey through Ankara.
