Synopsis:
This documentary is about the unity, cohesiveness, and cooperation among fathers of children with leukemia during their hospital stay. The film draws attention to the bureaucratic challenges the fathers face when trying to find the necessary medication for their children’s treatment, the lack of empathy and support within our society, and the collaborative efforts of fathers to seek help from people.
Director Biography:
Hazal Tüfekçi was born in 1989 in İzmir. In 2013 she graduated from Television Reporting and Programming Department at Bilgi University. During her education she worked as an intern in news desk of TV channels such as TV8 and SHOW TV.

Sinopsis:
Yan’ın annesi kızının sözünü dinlemeyerek kasabadaki kağıt fabrikasının neden olduğu kirlilik sorunlarını karşı tarafın intikamı sonrası bile şikayet etmeye devam eder. Yan, annesi ve bütün ailenin paramparça olma ihtimalinden büyük endişe duymaktadır. 2014 baharının başlarında Yan’ın annesi tekrar dilekçe vermeye başlar. Tren gecenin serinliğinde ilerler, sanki sonu yokmuşçasına uzun bir yoldur bu.
Yönetmen:
Huaqing Jin’in işleri arasında ‘Living with Shame,’ ‘Heavy Mental,’ ‘ Blossom with Tears,’ ‘Lament of Yumen’ bulunmaktadır. Jin’in filmleri uluslarası festivallerde otuz ödüle layık bulunmuştur.
Jin, 3. Milan Uluslararası Belgesel Film Festivali ve 8. Rus Antropolojik Film Festivali’ndeki öğrenci yarışmasında jüri üyeliği yapmıştır.
Ayrıca Huaqing Jin 2010 yılında Lanzhou ve Zhejang Medya ve İletişim Üniversitelerinde video eğitim kampı başlatmıştır.
