Graduate of Yeditepe University’s Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Communication Sciences at Marmara University. Her academic research centers on the intersection of cinema, the public sphere, and feminist film readings, while her professional work in cinema continues at the Istanbul Cinema Office under the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
Within the scope of her work at the Istanbul Cinema Office, she takes part in the development and execution of screenings, festivals, educational programs, and talk events that enable cinema to meet diverse audience groups in urban life. She participates in initiatives that create space for independent filmmakers, enhancing the visibility of their work and connecting them with audiences and contributes to the preparation and programming of the SinemAda Film Festival and the Children's Film Festival on Wheels.
